DOCUMENTATION
We must get detailed information and material from you BEFORE we can actually start your project. Such as: project or product descriptions, business plan, photos, logo, mission statement, events, price list, forms, applications, operating procedures, charts, drawings, management qualifications, flyers, letters, plans, CD, videos, etc. as appropriate.

PROJECT ASSESSMENT
To ensure we understand and meet your specific goals and objectives, we conduct a Needs or Project Assessment. We listen to what you have to say, and provide consultation. Based on your priorities, we draw up prelimary plans.

PURCHASE ORDER
We provide you a Purchase Order (PO) including detailed plans, completion schedule and price quote. Please carefully review the PO and clearly state in writing any changes you want to make before approving.

Your sign-off on the final PO and a deposit of one-third the purchase price is required before actual development can begin.

COMPLETION PROCESS
When your project is completed, you are presented the work for review. At this time, you can make any final changes to the site or applications in line with the signed purchase order.

For revision requests not originally stipulated in the approved plan, additional fees may apply.

SERVICE AGREEMENT
If Support Services are to be provided, we require a Service Agreement to be entered into between you and Business Management Consortium, LLC.

Services are provided daily and billed on a quarterly basis.


ONLINE TRANSFER
Your Business Enterprise Website or Intranet is immediately posted online upon full payment clearance.

FEE ARRANGEMENTS
Fees for support services are due on the 7th of each quarter.

FOR WEBSITE HOSTING SERVICES:

Fees must be received by the 15th or as otherwise agreed to by both parties in writing - to avoid discontinuation of services. NOTE: Sites may be taken down without additional notice if these conditions are not met.

In the event you choose to terminate or transfer services, we require that any payments due BMC up to and including the current quarter are made.

A copy of your web html files, images or other files; are emailed to you
in zip files (or on CD for $50 service fee).

Upon your request,
a delineated copy of your database files are provided, which can easily be imported to any other standard database - for a nominal fee of $150.

All customer policies and procedures are subject to specific terms of service agreement
